Recovery: 6 miles (Mon): http://connect.garmin.com/activity/127152361 Just gettin in a few comfortable miles before the big 26.2 on Saturday. Today's 11 laps around my block has almost the same elevation profile as the entire Richmond marathon. Statistically that's encouraging.
